Tourist attraction in Thailand: Phu chi fa

Phu Chi Fa is part of an elevated area, the Doi Pha Mon sub-range that rises between Thailand and Laos borders located in the Toeng County of Chiang Rai in northern Thailand. With its natural uniqueness and beauty, Phu Chi Fa has the height ranging from 1,200 to 1,628 meters to the east of the mountain. With views over the surrounding mountains during the winter, it is one of the famous tourist attractions of the Thai highlands near Chiang Rai. A number of tourists visit the mountain especially at dawn during December to January in order to catch a glimpse of the “sea of mist” and to witness the beautiful forest of “white Bauhinia purpurea Linn’ flowers. While riding up to Phu Chi Fa peak, you will also see the beauty of wild Himalayan cherry blossoms.
