21/12/2011On November 30th, 2011, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Numyoot Songthanapitak, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT), said that “according to the flood situation has been destroying the University area and the nearby community where totally have more than 30,000 dwellers, now the situation has returned to the normal state. The university has established the Center of Post-Flood Restoration to firstly help repair the University staff and students’ motorcycles and electronic appliances in the classrooms, offices, laboratories and staff housing, and later expand to the near community. This center is confident to be much helpful for the victims because besides the grant –aided supports given by the University teachers and students who would enable their knowledgeable skills and gain real experience, it has been also fortunately supported very much from private organizations that have provided many experts. Furthermore, the University has assigned every department to allocate some of budgets in order to conduct career practical projects for the victims so that they can use it to earn for lives. “Furthermore, the University has set to conduct a Big Cleaning day at 09.39 am. on December 5th, 2011 to cerebrate for his Majesty the King in the occasion of his birthday, thus, teachers, staff and students are welcome to participate into this project. The project is well supported by the 11 Infantry Regiment (King’s Guardd).”
