Prof. Dr. Numyoot Songthanapitak, the president of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT), said that the University hosted a conference with teachers from high schools in order to discuss about quotas of the student admission in academic year 2012 and also inform them that the University has set a goal to produce bachelors with ability of English communication to perform their work with foreigners in the concepts of ASEAN community.
Vice president Asst. Prof. Dr. Panpetch Chininthorn said that the University has allocated approximately 2,500 students for the admission quotas for 2012 to coalition schools in Pathumthani province and formal result announcement to the schools will be on August 10, 2011. For students who graduated in Higher Vocational Certificates, the University also plans to complete course transfers on March – May, 2012 in order that the students can graduate within the set time. However, the application for quota will close on August 31, 2011 and the formal results will be announced on September 2011.
