The atmosphere was full of fun with the activity “RMUTT FRESHY BOY & GIRL 2011” of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT) of academic year 2011 under the concept “RMUTT FRESHY IN YOUR”.
“RMUTT FRESHY BOY & GIRL 2011” is held up by the Student Organization and Student Council of RMUTT to build the relationship, harmony and love between seniors and juniors of 10 faculties and 1 Thai Traditional Medicine College. The activities are, for example, local sports competition, cheering section contest, cheer-leading contest, and RMUTT FRESHY BOY & GIRL 2011 Contest. This year, there is the outfit contest of each faculty by applying the projects initiated by the H.M. King Bhumibol to outfit designs. For the outfit of the Faculty of Industrial Education, it is inspired by Thai-youth encyclopedia, the Faculty of Engineering: Chai Pattana Aerator Project, Faculty of Business Administration: Artificial Rain Project, Faculty of Home Economics Technology: Earth Simulator Project, Faculty of Fine Arts: Economy Sufficiency, Faculty of Agricultural Technology: Earth Cover Project, Faculty of Science and Technology: Bio-diesel and Gasohol from Thai plants, Faculty of Mass Communications Technology: Distance Learning Project, Faculty of Liberal Arts: Check Dam Project, Faculty of Architecture: Rama 8 Bridge Project, and Thai Traditional Medicine College: Herb Planting in accordant with bio-agriculture.
The results of “RMUTT FRESHY BOY & GIRL 2011” Contest are as: female is “Yok” Miss Worathaporn Joonsawek, and male is “Snook” Mr. Jessadakorn Suwittayasiri; both of them are from the Faculty of Business Administration. Apart from their good looks, they win the judges’ hearts by the wise reply to questions. The runner-ups are “Mire” Miss Thanyawan Thongkumkhao from the Faculty of Home Economics Technology and “Barut” Mr. Akkadet Kongpeng from the Faculty of Industrial Education. The second runner-ups are “Belle” Miss Kanokwan Nakwaree from the Faculty of Industrial Education and also receive a photogenic award, and “Beer” Mr. Nithiporn Kaewpitoon from the Faculty of Home Economics Technology. And the faculty outfit in accordant with projects initiated by The King Award is received by the Faculty of Home Economics Technology.
