As mentioned in ORGANIC ACT ON ANTI-CORRUPTION, B.E. 2561 (2018) Section 128, the public officials are prohibited from accepting assets or any other benefits which may be calculated in monetary value from any person except for the assets or benefit which may be entitled to such persons under the laws, regulations or rules permitted by virtue of law, unless the acceptance of assets or other benefits is on ethical basis under the criteria and amount as prescribed by the NACC. In addition, good public officials must act in compliance with Civil Service Code of Ethics Article 2 Section 4 in a candid manner and not circumvent this Code of Ethics. In the case of doubt or objection that any act of a government official might be inconsistent with this Code of Ethics, the government official must not commit such act, or if the act is in progress, he/she shall cease the act and refer
the matter to the ethics committee. In the case where the ethics committee finds that the act is inconsistent with the Code of Ethics, the government official shall not perform the act.
Thus, to avoid any unethical acts of RMUTT university officials and personnel that do not comply with NO GIFT POLICY, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi has set the criteria as follows:
