Educational Assistance for Children of RMUTT Personnel

Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi supports the education of employees’ children from kindergarten to grade six or equivalent. The reimbursement is 3,000 Baht per child per year, but no more than two children.

If both parents are university employees, only one can claim the benefit. Reimbursement is done in the second semester of the academic year.

Eligibility : If a spouse already receives education assistance from the government or another employer, the employee is not eligible for this benefit.

Steps to claim educational assistance for university staff children:

1. Fill out the reimbursement form and attach the following documents:
1.1 Original school receipt
1.2 Annual tuition fee announcement from the school
1.3 Copy of the first page of the bank account (Krungsri Bank, salary account)
1.4 Copy of marriage certificate (if the claimant is male)

2. Submit the documents to the respective department to compile and forward to the Personnel Administration Division.
3. Personnel Administration verifies and submits for approval by the university president.
4. Forward the documents to the finance division for processing and transferring the support money to the employee’s account.
