A Collaboration between HIU and RMUTT
Workshop I of iWDC2013 and iSFC2013 at RMUTT
From11 – 22 August 2013, the workshop I of the International Web Design Contest (iWDC2013) and the International Short Film Contest (iSFC2013) was held at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT)
On 12 August 2013, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sommai Pivsa-Art, Vice President of Academic Affairs, Dr. Vichai Payakso, Vice President of Administration and Planning have welcomed Professor Yuichi Anada, Director of the Liberal Arts, Mr. Imanaga, Head of International Collaboration, Prof. Kawakami, Prof. Yasuda, Prof. Shimada, Prof. Oshima and 21 students. The history of collaboration between HIU and RMUTT was presented.
Dr. Uravis Tangkitwiwat, Vice Dean of Student Development, Faculty of Mass Communication Technology, presented the campus tour to all participants. There are 20 RMUTT students participated in this event from 4 faculties: Engineering, S&T, MCT and Technical Education
The workshop I program includes these following activities: (1) Orientation, (2) Keynote speech by VP Sommai, (3) Lecture – Project Management, (4) Organization of groups, (5) Campus Tour, (6) Presentation of participants’ works, (7) Group discussion, (8) Coverage of artworks, (9) Artwork and (10) Discussion among faculty members.

President Fuji of HIU, President Prasert Pinpathomrat, Vice President Sommai Pivsa-Art, Dean Sawaii and faculty members of HIU and RMUTT participated in the English presentation of web works and short films by the students.
