RMUTT demonstration kindergarten students distributing the felicitous water
20/04/2011This week, Thai TV program called “Mor Khoa Mor Kang” led by “Jeng Jaew Nae Non” team, consisting with Nong Manee, Nong Jane, Nong Fern and Nong Noon, students from Wattana Wittayalai School, went to find out the sources of noodles’ production. When arriving at the place of producing the noodles where is still using the traditional methods, the students will be frankly taught about the production parts starting from the beginning to ending step. Khun Jakkrit Kardnaipon will be an instructor today. In addition, this will be a great opportunity for them to know how rice becomes noodles to.
After that, the students will also have a good chance to study how to cook “Fired Noodles with Sticky Soup” which would be closely taught by Kru Lek Arunwan, a teacher from Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT). Also, they will know how the twine noodles need to be black color when it is cooked. The “Mor Khoa Mor Kang” program shows Wednesday, April 13th, 2011 at 16.30 via Thai PBS.
