RMUTT, congratulates 2nd year student Pattrapim Sae-Ueng (Nee), Department of Industrial Food, Faculty of Home Economics Technology, on her award won at the ‘Healthy Food Competition’ where the competitors needed to use the research results discovered by Kasertsart University. Her award winner was named ‘rice pudding and persimmon sauce’, something similar to Sangkayathai (screw pine leaves and steamed custard)
