01/12/2020Thai Journalists Association appreciates RMUTT for organizing two “Training for Trainers” media training courses
Thai Journalists Association shows RMUTT their appreciation for the facility support services in organizing efforts of two “Training for Trainers” media training courses including “SME Online” course and “Infographic creation” course.
Today, September 4th, Mr. Jiraphong Prasertpolkrung, Secretary-General of the Journalists Association of Thailand revealed that on September 3rd, the association had cordially invited Executive Committees of the Journalists Association from the academic department and Associate Members to join the meeting with Niti Witthayawiroj, Director of Academic Resources and Information Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT) so as to organize training program to enhance mass media production for trainers during July 2019. The two pilot courses, namely the SME Online course and “Infographic Creation” course were held on Saturday, July 13, 2019 and Friday 19th to Sunday, July 21st, 2019 consecutively. It could be concluded that the event was considered to be successful while representatives of Journalists Association of Thailand and RMUTT had made their program assessment in order to help organize other upcoming projects. Concurrently, Thai Journalists Association showed RMUTT their appreciation for the facility support services as well as lecturers in organizing efforts. Both parties had prioritized their future mission to organize another training course but conclusive agreement had not been reached. However, representatives from both parties would be invited to give their advices on “Infographic creation” course on Wednesday November 18th at 10.00 a.m. Thai Journalists Association would be responsible for inviting either trainers or lecturers for the future training courses.
