Mr. Chaiyos Chirametakorn, the Deputy Minister of Education, presided over a performance agreement of the Project on the Promotion of Higher Education Research and National Research University Development between the Offices of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC), by the secretary-general Dr. Sumet Yamnoon and Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT) by the University president Associate Professor Dr. Numyoot Songthanapitak at Siam City Hotel, Bangkok.
