“A+I RMUTT comes from A = Architecture, I = Intersection where the students’ exhibition is shown from the coincided ideas. A combination of curves and straight lines curve is the gentle art. The traight line is modern and earnestness. RMUTT in general some people’s view is countryside and hot, so this concept is to announce that Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi is modern, and is producing capable students for the demands of labor market.” said Mr. Kriangkrai Dumklin, 4th year student from the Faculty of Architecture, RMUTT.
Assist. Prof. Teerawan Wattanothai, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, said that the Faculty of Architecture, RMUTT is acknowledged in producing practical architecture students. And the faculty has capacity in lecturers and external experts. The academic is focused on teaching workshop, English language, computer, science and technology which are important nowadays. Moreover, basic knowledge for graduate program, morality and ethical behaviors are also trained to have efficient and moral students.
Mr. Kriangkrai Dumkin, 4th year student, said he impressed that he could exhibit his product and many people came to see it. Each people have different view in architecture. The work of this field must combine arts and science together. We may design any style that we like so that we can be satisfied of its beauty. This work is the part of the course of Exibition. The objective of this course is to experiment, have real action and expose to people.
Miss Punjaluk Methatanapisit, 4th year student, said when she had come to study at the Faculty of Architecture, her point of view in surroundings and designs changed. She learned that every surrounding is designed, for example, buildings, public areas, people needs, professional laws, artistic elements, exhibitions are all designed.
She found from this exhibition that many parents are interested in taking their daughter and sons to study in the faculty, and she could exchange their opinion with students from architecture faculty of other universities.
Mr. Tanankrit Wiriyasatit, 4th year student, said he learned that “Design affects our life” while he studies here. At present, architecture has many technique developments and designs but we have to consider the safety of building for the first thing. This exhibition showed external people to know that “Architecture is not just imagination or the beauty of products, but the truth is that we can really design it”
This exhibition displays the products of students and designing ideas of future architect that develop over time, but the most important thing is safety and demand of users.
