19/10/2010RMUTT upgrades ‘boat’ noodles
Asst. Prof. Sumanika Chanbubjerd, an assistant to the President of RMUTT, said that “Assoc. Prof. Dr. Numyoot Songthanapitak, the president of RMUTT has intentionally focused on the cooperation with Pathum Thani province in developing the community. From the past, the university has been accepted by the province in order to conduct many activities. One of these activities is about the boat noodle museum establishment to collect all information and knowledge about boat noodles. Moreover, the Faculty of Home Economics Technology is also assigned to do research on instant boat noodles which is ready to eat after pouring on hot water. After this successful research they will be available in the commercial market in the next step.
