RMUTT Students and Faculty Shine with Four Cooperative Education Awards in the Upper Central Network

‘RMUTT Thanyaburi won 1 award on stage for the best invitation award, 3 special prizes, 6 gold medals, and 2 silver medals.’ Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT) sent a team of inventors and researchers whose works were selected by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation. The competition and exhibition showcased more than 700 works from over 20 countries at ‘The 35th International Invention, Innovation & Technology Exhibition’ (ITEX 2024) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from May 16-18, 2024. RMUTT received a total of 11 awards, as follows:
1. The creative of basketry products to evaluate the quality of life through handicrafts
– Awards: Best Invention Award – International & Gold Medal, Special Award from Hong Kong

6. “Bubble Products from Wolffia with Encapsulation Technique”
received a Gold Medal and a Special Award from Taiwan. Team members: Ms. Wannasiri Krudnoi, Ms. Pattharaphon Chomsuan, and Ms. Arisa Namngern, students from the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, advised by Asst. Prof. Dr. Nawaporn Laphsongpol, Faculty of Agricultural Technology.
7. “Disposable Jigsaw Pot”
received a Silver Medal. By Asst. Prof. Dr. Prachum Kumpoot, Faculty of Engineering.
8. “EVA [LOW CARBON] BLOCKS: THE LIGHT-WEIGHT CONCRETE BLOCKS MIXED WITH WASTES OF ETHYLENE
