Assoc. Prof. Dr. Churairat Duangduen, a vice president of academic and research of Rajamangala University of Technology Thayaburi and Mr. Taweewat Ariyapongsa, a consultant to vice president of research and development for community meet Mr. Chaovarat Chanweerakul, a priminister of Ministry of Interior of Thailand, Mr. Chamni Buchasuk, a consultant to a priminister of Ministry of Interior of Thailand and Mr. Wichien Chawalit, a president of Community Development Department in order to find out the frame work of cooperation between university and the ministry.
