RMUTT joins hands with OSMEP to assist SMEs acquire and integrate knowledge on Digital Technology and Tools for Online Business

Taking place at Nakorn Pathom Province, Rajamangala University of Technology Thayaburi (RMUTT) in collaboration with the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP) launched a SMEs support program to help SMEs acquire and integrate knowledge on Digital Technology and Tools for online business as a part of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise scheme, “MSME STEP UP”.

At Mida Grande Hotel Dhavaravati Nakhon Pathom, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sommai Pivsa-Art, President of RMUTT revealed, “RMUTT is honored to join hands with OSMEP to launch a SMEs support program entitled, “Transform Your Business in Digital Age and Manage Your Online Business with Marketing tools”. The program was established as part of the MSME Step up scheme in the Budget 2022 in order for RMUTT to provide MSMEs a continuous assistance in digital transformation based on digital technology and marketing tool knowledge for online business.

Presiding over the event was Mr. Wachira Kaewkor, a Deputy Director General of OSMEP, along with Ms. Wipaporn Veerawaitaya, an OSMEP researcher and statement opener with other guests of honor:  Ms. Phinyaphat Kitihiranyapat, expert in digital marketing; Mr. Kanakorn Kongpratheep, TikTok Content Creator; Keynote speaker, Ms. Panyaporn Vittayapradit, Deputy Managing Director of NIP Creation Co., Ltd; and Special Keynote speaker, Miss Suchada Cotesin. Director of Digital Trade and Industry Development and Promotion, Digital Economy Promotion Agency. Special thanks were conveyed to the invitees who contributed, and exchanged their knowledge with the participants whereas, business outcomes of SMEs had also been evaluated by them.

To further support this SMEs program, Director of Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, Mr. Niti Witthayawiroj who is the project manager of “Transform Your Business in Digital Age and Manage Your Online Business with Marketing tools” added, “Our RMUTT will be right by the side of entrepreneurs helping them make the right business decisions during the pandemic of Covid-19.
