Innovative Idea from RMUTT “Underarm Deodorant Sheets”

Miss Duangnapa Yimseepair, Miss Tipya Eangsan and Mr. Kissakorn Duanghirun, students from Textile Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi have helped successfully create a underarm deodorant sheet. This underarm deodorant sheet is made of spun bond produced by the mixture between rayon and polyester fibers. This type of textile was made by mechanic bonding method processed by needle punching. In addition, this sheet ais lso set with alum solution and perfume micro capsule inside non-woven fabrics. After that, it is designed and sawed with experimentation. The result is that the demonstrators, who have been experimented using the mentioned sheet, are fewer. Moreover, some demonstrator disappear their underarm smell.
