Borrowing and Returning Books (Library Membership)

Library membership registration/The following people are eligible for library service: university students, university instructors, university officials and personnel, general public, RMUTT university alumni, and retired RMUTT university officials.

The Library provides access to all its members through its resources according to types and benefits of membership

Types of Membership The number of books to loan, Loan period (Days)

Bachelor’s Degree Students   7 books/10 days

Master’s Degree and Ph.D. Students             10 books/1 month

University Instructors 10 books/1 semester

Staffs  10 books/1 month

RMUTT alumni           2 books/10 days

Retired RMUTT officials                   2 books/10 days

General public                                     2 books/10 days

Overdue fines

Fines and Fees for overdue books: 3 Baht/per book/per day

Library Membership

RMUTT Students – a copy of personal ID, a copy of university student ID or other RMUTT personal identifications

RMUTT personnel – a copy of personal ID, a copy of university ID or other RMUTT documents

General Public Users –  a personal ID, a copy of personal ID and a copy of house registration

RMUTT Alumni  –   a personal ID, a copy of personal ID and a copy of house registration

Retired RMUTT officials –  a personal ID , a copy of personal ID and a copy of official ID

Library Membership Procedures

Contact the library staff at Borrowing and Return Service Counter

Fill out the membership registration form

Submit membership registration form and personal credentials

Library Membership Renewal    Renew library membership at the end of every semester

Show student ID or personal ID to the personnel

University student membership will end after graduation

University instructors, officials, and personnel will end after quitting the university.

How to use the library

– Declare student ID card or staff ID card to library staffs before accessing library services. You are required to wear your uniform with proper trousers and skirts. Stealing, destroying or damaging RMUTT library resources and materials are not allowed.

Walking out the door with a book you did not check out is against the library rules and regulations.
