Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT) held a grand Open House event, showcasing 12 faculties, opening the doors to learning and innovation.
The RMUTT Open House 2025 event at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, Pathum Thani province, was bustling with excitement as over 2,000 students, parents, teachers, and interested parties attended.
The 12 showcased faculties were the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Industrial Education, Faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Faculty of Home Economics Technology, Faculty of Fine Arts, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Mass Communication Technology, Faculty of Integrated Medicine, and Faculty of Nursing.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sommai Pivsa-Art, Acting President of RMUTT, stated that the aim of the event, “Open House 2025: Open Labs @RMUTT,” was not only to give students and parents a glimpse into the teaching and learning environment but also to showcase award-winning international innovations and research projects. Participants could experiment with technology and learn through Open Labs activities and participate in creative workshops designed to encourage creative thinking and practical skills.
The event also featured demonstrations by researchers, talks, and experience sharing by successful alumni from various professions, and academic quizzes which garnered much interest, especially from students seeking educational paths that align with their interests.
Associate Professor Dr. Sommai emphasized that the event reflected the university’s crucial goal of developing students with innovative skills, ready for the future job market. Students at the university are expected to gain expertise in their fields, stay abreast of digital technology, and adapt swiftly to rapid changes in today’s era.
