Overview

The Bachelor of Science Program in Mathematics provides teaching and research in mathematics and applied mathematics to produce hands-on graduates. The program focuses on developing students to have analytical thinking and have ability to apply knowledge to solve real-life problems effectively. Many courses in this program are integrated mathematics knowledge with statistical data to improve research skill, and with computer science to encourage undergraduates’ skill in using technology. The aim of the program is to provide students with knowledge of important mathematical fields, attain skills in fundamental methods of applied mathematics. The course can be divided into two minor groups as follows:

1. Mathematics
2. Applied Mathematics
