RMUTT moves forward with One Tambon One University scheme

“Prof. Sommai” successfully enhances IT students’ work-ready skills with 11,097 students passing IC3 exam

President of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi has successfully implemented digital skills program as proven by IC3 examination results which RMUTT students enabled to pass a global standard IC3 DIGITAL LITERACY CERTIFICATION. More importantly, the statistics has revealed that of more than 10,000 students, in 2018, 1,091 students were able to obtain ‘A’ grade on the exam earning them credits without taking IT foundation course.

Asst. Dr. Sommai Piv Sa-Art, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT) had given an interview in English on the success of RMUTT’s IC3 Certification, whereas, Certiport, founder of IC3 (USA) had announced that RMUTT had achievably been enhancing digital skills of students via online meeting and its websites to countries around the world. “In 2018, of 2,665 RMUTT students, 2,332 of them were able to pass the Cert IC3 exam making it 87.50 percent of all examiners. There had been of more than 11,097 students passing IC3 standardized exams over the past 6 years” added Dr. Sommai.
